Timberdoodle Night Hike at Woodland Dunes Nature Center. 7 p.m.
Join us on a nighttime search for the elusive Timberdoodle. After learning about this bird's nocturnal habits, we will head outside to look--and listen--for the Timberdoodle and other creatures that go bump in the night! $1 for members, $2 for nonmembers.

The Great Trivia Contest - 6 p.m. in the Community House gym. Teams of 8-10 compete against each other in nine rounds of trivia from music to movies, TV to sports and everything in between.

Qualifying event for the 2010 Wisconsin Carp Championship, which will be held on June 5 and 6.

Canoe-Kayak Swap at the Community House from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.  FREE admission. Buy, sell, swap or browse. Bring your used equipment.

April 22-24 and 29 to May 1
Heart-a-Rama at the Community House. A full-house every night as we make fun of life on the Lakeshore. Since 1971, Heart-a-Rama has raised more than $2 million for the Heart Association.

Annual Canoe/Kayak Run of the East Twin River from Mishicot to Two Rivers

Wisconsin Carp Championship on the banks of the East and West Twin rivers. $20,000-plus in prizes for carp anglers from the U.S. and Europe. In 2009, 612 fish were landed (and released) with a total weight of 7,640 pounds! The largest was just over 33 pounds - 9 pounds bigger than the one at left. All 2009 participants are coming back in 2010 - they loved TR! Be a sponsor or volunteer!

Carp Fest at Carp Central (Rogers Street Fishing Village).  Live music, food, refreshments, fish boil, smelt fry.

Frogging 101 at Woodland Dunes Nature Center. 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with naturalist Randy Korb and his froggy friends, then a pond hike to listen for some of your new friends.

Neshotah Beach Seafood Fly family kite fly from 11 to 4. Join the Wisconsin Kiters Club showcasing their kite collections with an emphasis on fish-themed kites. Ground displays of all shapes and colors. Club members available to answer questions about single, dual, and quad line kites - they'll even teach you how to fly them!
