without a license or trout stamp on Free Fishing Weekend. This includes

number and size of fish you can keep and any seasons when you must
release certain fish species.

Twin rivers. $20,000-plus in prizes for carp anglers from the U.S. and
Europe. Hundreds of the big fish are caught (and released) with a total weight of

pounds! The largest run around 33 pounds - 9 pounds bigger than the one
on the left!
